This set of three asanas works on your shoulders, arms and chest
and thus the 4th chakra. The exercise contains the cat-and-and-cow-pose,
a deep stretch and an advanced plank pose.

The fourth chakra is
the heart chakra, and associated with expansion, spirit and air. The
sensation is freedom, like flying birds. It also represents breath, the
vital element to nourish our cells and keep the body alive.
